Who We Are
Just Quist Consult is a firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Consultants. It was initially registered as Just Quist & Associates, Incorporated under Private Partnership Act, 1962 on 27th September, 2010 and offering Audit & Assurance services such as Accountancy, Audit, Tax, Business Advisory and internal audit outsource services.
The Assurance and Business Advisory Services undertake a comprehensive range of Auditing (Statutory Audit, Tax, Assessing Financial performance, Value for Money and Payroll), Accounting , internal audit outsource services and Tax Services.
The Managing Consultant is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) ICAG.

This also covers preparation of Financial Statements for your organization in a timely manner for organizations that do not have permanent Accounting staff, for your Financial Statements to show a true and fair view, and also answer queries from Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to enable you pay lesser tax liability (Tax Planning)
Company Set Up and registration of Company:
We also register new Companies and file Annual returns at the Registrar General’s Department.

Justice Akuete Quist
(ICA Ghana) - Managing Consultant
Managing Consultant, Justice Akoete Quist is the Managing Consultant. He is a Chartered Accountant. He worked with Aryeetey and Associates (A firm of Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior and rose to Audit Manager and a Partner.
He started his career with the Internal Revenue Service before joining George Tetteh and Co. (A firm of Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Assistant.
He was quickly made a Manager but left to become the Company Accountant of Bafla Limited (Manufacturers of Concrete products), he proceeded to become the Accounts Manager of Interberton GMBH (A Dutch Construction Firm).
